The Refoschi represent a group of varieties that have dominated the vineyards of Friuli Venezia Giulia from the hills of Cividale and Faedis to the sea. The biodiversity of this family of native vines represents an important legacy of the history of Friulian viticulture, and it has recently been highlighted that Refosco di Faedis represents one of the three ancestors of most of the indigenous varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Refoscollection: a project that, thanks to innovative processes resulting from the “cross-fertilization” between the Tonutti farm and the cultural and creative company SimulArte, wants to have an impact on the historical and cultural identity of the community and of the new generations of consumers who are aware that insist on the territory.
